My prenatal classes are designed to empower you with knowledge, confidence, and a sense of calm as you prepare for birth. I focus on providing practical skills, evidence-based information, and engaging discussions that cover everything from comfort techniques to newborn care. You’ll find a welcoming, inclusive environment where your questions are encouraged, and where you can explore your own unique ideas of birth.

Together, we’ll build trust in the birth process and develop the skills you need to navigate labour and delivery with confidence. Whether it’s your first baby or you’re expanding your family, this is a place to learn, connect, and feel empowered as you prepare for one of life’s most important milestones.

These sessions are supportive and hands-on and make preparation enjoyable and meaningful. Partners are always welcome, so you’ll both leave feeling informed, prepared, and empowered for the journey ahead.

  • “We found the course very resourceful and useful. My partner & I came to the conclusion that Ashley's course is interactive, hands-on, FUN and provided us with accurate, up to date non biased information. We both enjoyed Ashley as she was welcoming, knowledgeable, kind and open-minded. We also found that she provided a safe, non-judgemental environment where we felt we could ask all sorts of questions (even the ones that we thought were silly or stupid to ask). HIGHLY RECOMMEND her course.”

  • "Ashley’s prenatal class was really informative and we enjoyed the hands on pain management techniques practice along with other interactive practices we got to try. She made for a comfortable space to learn and ask questions, would recommend for any expecting couples"

  • "It was interactive, inviting and professional. Ashley created a welcoming and comfortable space for participants, she answered questions with ease and she was able to guide the course in a way where concerns or worries about birth were addressed throughout. As a first time mom I had many worries and anxiety surrounding birth and upon completing the workshop I felt so much more at ease and ready for what is to come. I really recommend this course for all first time moms or moms who would like more knowledge or a different understanding of pregnancy and birth."
